Despite building during the challenging pandemic period, Melcom Homes was able to maneuver around increasing construction costs, delays with building materials amongst other setbacks. The team figured out a way to deliver on time by working through the challenges seamlessly. The process was effortless, from concept into design, budgeting and building. We met different members of the team at various stages to make sure our needs were consistently aligned. Melcom Homes is client focused, their personal touch was most appreciated. The team was courteous, honest, sincere & genuine in their dealings with us. Work began and the amount of care for our home, lifestyle, and craftsmanship was evident from day one. The attention to detail and building exactly what we wanted was unmatched. We were not sure how building during the pandemic was going to turn out but we are grateful. We’d like to personally thank the entire management team at Melcom Homes. If you want to build with a company that goes over and beyond and treats you like family, then build with Melcom Homes.

They did not only deliver on time but was very useful in terms of getting a very efficient, value for our money building plan beffiting of our family, a reality. They were also very prompt and willing to change whatever it was we didn't like after installations.
Their turn around response time to our complains and needs was an eye opener to how services can be more efficient in Calgary. We were glad to have contacted them for our housing needs.
