She helped me get my credit to where it needed to be in order to get approved. She was right with me the entire time. I am beyond happy with the service and personal support I received. Mel was there to answer any question I had, no matter how ridiculous! Thank you so much! I will be spending this Christmas in my new home thanks to her!

We had some up hill battles, she is very knowledgeable and was able to work through all our problems in more than a reasonable time frame!
