★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je me suis rendu hier après-midi à 14h30 chez Moteurs électriques Laval (MEL), rue St-Jean-Baptiste, Québec. Le commis a confirmé que le moteur que j'avais était fini. Il a trouvé un moteur équivalent, même dimension. Je l'ai commandé.
Ce matin à 8h30, MEL m'appelle pour me dire que le moteur est arrivé.
À 9h30, j'ai commencé à remonter le ventilateur dans son armature.
À 10h30, le ventilateur est installé à sa place et il fonctionne. Et il ne me reste aucune pièce supplémentaire.
C'est ce que j'appelle un super service à la clientèle.
Je suis bien content d'avoir trouvé MEL dans Google.
I went yesterday afternoon at 2:30 p.m. to Moteurs électrique Laval (MEL), rue St-Jean-Baptiste, Quebec. The clerk confirmed that the engine I had was finished. He found an equivalent engine, same size. I ordered it.
This morning at 8:30 am, MEL calls me to tell me that the engine has arrived.
At 9:30 am, I started to put the fan back into its frame.
At 10:30 am, the fan is installed in its place and it works. And I have no additional parts left.
This is what I call great customer service.
