β β β β β The best Malaysian/Singaporean beef/pork jerky in Vancouver. Not exactly cheap but they do a good job making them and vacuum pack them for you to bring overseas as souvenirs as well.

β β β β β Worst service ever. I used to come here all the time because my nieces like them. The lady always over charges. I asked for $40, she will take $46 of jerky etc. One time I asked for $450 then she took almost $470 of stuff out lol. Come on, don't cheat people this way.
Then I asked her if she'd give discount since it's a lot. Her face immediately turned VERY dark, as if I was stealing from her. She refused, then threw the jerks at me and would not even speak to me. Not even a thank you. It's not about money, just the way she treats people, I would not come back ever again.

β β β β β Exactly as Elle says! Experienced that today again and notice she purposely over charges. It doesnβt hurt to break a pre-made piece apart to fit the customerβs price bracket too. The math is easy. Happy customers more profit in the long run; you try your short gain and lose a returning customer.
Also, what is up with the Cash only sign? Business in a public mall should have credit card options.

β β β β β Havenβt been here in a while but used to come with parents as a kid. Needed to get 7.5 lbs of assorted jerky for a friend. Boss lady took her time to confirm my order, and let me know to come back in about 2 hours. Everything was packed and ready to go when I returned. She even gave me instructions on how to store the jerky before and after opening it. ?
