Poor diagnostics done on the truck, Had sensors changed for nothing payed over $500, also cluch was clamed to be replaced wich two weeks later was found to be worn out where dealer has replaced complete transmission under waranty People be aware with this place...

Friendly - service staff only repair or fix what is necessary. Will not go overboard and recommend more service -- in order to boost sale.

Megamotors does proper diagnostic without replacing unnecessary parts when it comes to the dpf/doc/def system for my volvo truck when other shops tell me I have to replace parts or clean the filters. Labour hours are exactly what the dealership claims even if it takes longer. The boss checks the progress every 10 minutes. If you have a volvo bring it to megamotors, you won't regret it.

We have been in business for over 10 years not because we deceive, cheat, or lie to our clientele, but because we stand behind all our repairs and are willing to work with our customers until they are satisfied, unfortunately you did not give us that chance. Maxim the owner is very dishonest and lier person. He changed one coolant hose on my truck, but invoiced 2 hoses. Price wise dealer sales $32.16, but Maxim charged over $72. More over he charged $334 for changing this hose which others at most charges $65-85. Upon all this he took my water container from my truck and didn't put it back. I recommend to all my friends in this industry, never think even to go close to this shop at all. To be safe just stay far away from this man whose attitude is selfishness and never know how to treat a customer and run proper business for longterm referrals. Answer or maxim 09/15/2020 Maxim is still didn't learn to be honest and tells the true story of what he is doing in his shop with customer. I am not wasting my time any more to reply to the entire fake story he made to cover changing one part and invoicing double. Once you lie then you have to keep lieing for all the time if you are not honest person to say sorry for wrongdoing and accepting the responsibility. It doesn't matter how long you are in business, I tried once but I never gone back and will never pass through a door twice. Maxim can write whatever he like to cover his dishonesty, he failed and has no value to be considered any more.
