This is a dire situation. Customer service is Lacking. kacking. This
D	Dan J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doing business with MedPro Nanaimo was a terrific purchasing experience. CPAP machines are in short supply due to a global shortage. I am new to the area, and having exhausted my search for a new machine, I called Medpro after finding them in a random google search. A friendly person named Ann answered the phone and immediately took my requirements, recommended a product and gave me a price estimate. She found me a CPAP machine at another location, and had it shipped to the Nanaimo store. Ann made me an appointment to pick up the machine and Michael had the machine all set up and ready to go when I arrived. He explained everything I needed to know, answering my questions along the way. They processed the payment, ensuring I had all the documentation for my insurance company. As a bonus, I also got to meet Ann in person, putting a face to the name and allowing me to personally thank her for everything. Ann and Michael were exceptional! They were very friendly, knowledgeable and they provided excellent customer service. I would highly recommend MedPro Nanaimo based on my experience.
G	George Baker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our first experience with my husbands breathing problems started 26 years ago and we went to a company who I won't name, 10 years later we moved to Vancouver Island and ended up with the same company in Q.Beach. Then we moved onto another company in Nanaimo who closed during the Covid Pandemic without letting anyone know... just closed up with no regard to the many customers who they left high and dry. We were very upset but since then I must say that it was actually a blessing in disguise. We found a company who I must say have gone way above our expectations, efficient beyond the norm, and I wish we could give them more than 5 stars as we are more than impressed. We are actually shocked!! Very classy, clean office much nicer than any other office we had ever been in before. Everything was handled so quickly and without any effort it seemed and what we thought would take weeks was done right away. That's the difference when the staff actually know what they are doing.
