Looked at the reviews and decided to try it out.
Service was excellent and the food was delicious. Not a fancy place but clean and great food. Definitely a excellent place for Mediterranean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our favourite place for takeout in Red Deer. It is so good that we can’t do much to branch out to other places. We love the chicken shawarma, beef souvlaki and kafta plates. We usually replace the salad with extra potatoes. Yum’

Taste like real hearty food, made fresh, and the owner was SO nice, genuine and kind! Great job Lava Grill! Will be coming back to see you for more great eats!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been coming to the lava grill for a couple of years now and have never been disappointed. It's generally my first choice when I think about eating out for a few reasons. Number 1 being because it is so dang delicious. Number 2 the quantity you get. Number 3 they are amazing there. Super friendly and super kind. Great customer service. All around would highly recommend. I believe this restaurant is truly a gem of red deer.
