★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The office and staff are very nice. Unfortunatley a lot of pressure is put on about additional procedures and products, which I didn't enjoy. I got talked into 2 extra services and buying 2 ridiculously expensive skincare products - both of which irritate my skin so much that I cannot even use them. I had IPL done for the first time - it blistered my skin and almost 3 months later i am still in the process (at another IPL clinic) of trying to get rid of the horizontal lines all over the sides of my face that were left after the blisters healed and left hypopigmented skin surrounded by marks where the IPL missed. At the same appointment I also did botox for the first time. They were late so I was rushed through with barley a word said to me, nothing was explained and I was quickly shooed out the door with blood dripping down my face - of the 3 people working in the office who saw me, not one said a word and I walked through the halls and too my car looking like I had been through something horrible with blisters and blood all over my face, after what were supposed to be "no downtime procedures". I luckily was on vacation for the 2 weeks following, as I would have had to take at least 1 week off while my face healed. I see only 5 star reviews other than mine, and wish I had the same experience. Not somewhere I plan to return to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best physician performed botox injections on Vancouver Island! Dr. Leeuwner's knowledge, techniques and superior results are what keeps her happy clients hooked. Her concierges at reception are the most friendly and accommodating ladies that I've ever had the pleasure of experiencing. This is a true 5 star experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found the staff very professional without being too stuffy. I felt listened to, about my concerns and what I wanted my results to be. I have only been twice and need to have follow up appointments to see my progress, but I do not have any concerns thus far.

She's always so lovely to be around. You can tell she genuinely wants to make you love yourself with her services and not looking to empty your wallet. I will be a life long client of Dr. L's. I trust her with my face!
