★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely unreliable service! ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE DOING THIS VIRTUALLY IN ANOTHER COUNTRY! We booked an appointment for 11:24 and we were waiting for nearly 3 hours.Every time we called they were confused and said we booked it on the wrong site and in denial when the other agent said we did it correctly. The dispensing lady and person dealing with us on the phone was Crystal and Farida who were EXTREMELY RUDE, UNORGANIZED AND CONFUSING they kept putting us on hold and telling us 10-15 mins every hour. We followed the paper work given to us and booked the appointment according to the paper and received and email saying “Virtual RAPID testing confirmation” but they yet ignored us and kept us on hold for hours. The pricing was confusing as their flyer says under 30$ and in store it’s 21.99$ and they also CHARGE YOU FOR THE FREE COVID KITS GIVEN TO THEM BY THE GOVERNMENT. EXTREMELY UNREASONABLE AND UNRELIABLE. Don’t use this company especially if you plan to depend on them while you’re in another country. Not professional and unreliable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to get tested for travel. Fast and easy process. Scan QR code at the door and when you receive a text message, you can go inside to get tested. Bring your passport and airline ticket as they are needed for the test. One of the cheapest places in the GTA for PCR Test

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fastest and the lowest price for RT-PCR! Second experience here. They introduced a very efficient queuing method! Great job with that. Very friend and knowledgable staff. All the pharmacist and/or nurse are very kind and helpful.
First time result in October 2021 was in 12 hours
Second time result in February 2022 was in 8 hours!
$80-85 (plus tax)
Very convenient and easy way of booking appointments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience; cheap PCR test, friendly staff, and no wait time with their smooth check in process. PCR test results came a lot quicker than expected.
The only downside is that they state to park at the back of the building, but there were very few parking spots which were all full when I arrived.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did a couple PCR tests for our family here and it was easy to book online, price was amazing, system was efficient (scan QR code when you arrive, wait in your car and they will text you when you are next), results were emailed same day (we did it first thing in the morning). Travel is hard enough but this was one thing that was "easy" so we'll be back for any future travel testing needs!

Ladies at the front-desk are polite & professional.
Whole process was smooth & results e-mailed within hours.
On-site parking is available.
Overall, a very pleasant experience.
Would highly recommend them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend this place for covid testing. I did several tests here and for all my tests, the results came back to me within a few hours. Highly reliable with very quick turnaround. Very efficient process as well - when you arrive, you text them upon arrival and you wait outside in the parking lot (~approx 1 minute wait) until they text you that you can enter.
More reliable than big drugstore companies, which have cancelled on me without any notice due to low stock. Highly recommend!
