S	Shanice Robinson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lived here for almost 2 years , all the units are ridiculously small for the price but the great thing is there are no bugs, thank God for that! The office hours use to be great especially for working people (11-7pm) now the hours are horrible the staff is horrible...(except the sups) they moved the office access to outside and everytime I get the chance to go down there the bloody door is locked... theres no note or anything the office is just closed. In December my family was out of the country when we came back we saw a notice in our home saying they fixed the repairs for my unit when we didnt request anything to be fixed for the fact that we were gone ?. Another thing fire alarms go off all the time all hours of the night most times without and explanation but everyone is constantly having to evacuate there units the quality of the building has just gone down feels like a "bum establishment now"?

Facility is starting to show wear beyond its age and could do with a substantial and well executed tear-our and rebuild. Office hours are now only 9:00 to 5:00 Monday to Thursday, and 8:30 - 4:00 on Friday making in-person interaction almost impossible to people who are employed. Office staff also do not seem to be concerned with opening on time. This is a bit ironic as the price of rent is also much higher than it should be for the amenities and location. Some facilities are un-necessarily cheap.

The call center for after hours is absolutely pathetic. Only pros’ are location closer to go terminal & building is fairly new still.

The owners only care about shoving as many people as possible into this building and charging as much as possible, when it comes to repairs, maintenance or desperately needed improvements to the building staff is nowhere to be found. The only upside is the location is about as good as it gets in Brampton, even with the parade of homeless junkies constantly loitering across the street.

No check of the sink while there is moisture and we complain about. No check of the windows, no check of the CO detector, no filter change... NOTHING .
g	greg s on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ lived here for 2.5 years. was a good clean well maintained place. members of building maintenance are always quick to help with problems. walls were solid. couldnt hear neighbors often. laundry room is pay and can get pretty busy at times. elevators were sometimes iffy. down a bit too often. 2/3 working a little too often. being that its downtown brampton it can get a little sketchy at night. during the day its pretty average.

The supervisor speaks so loudly and makes us uncomfortable if we are referring to our problems. Anyone hardly picks up the call at the office. There are no lights in the bedroom. Kitchen and washroom are too small Water flow in the sink is too less.
