★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cleaner than trumpeter village but there are still quite a few old, run down or empty RTMs in the park. Has potential to be great... perhaps after covid is under control we'll see the change for the good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I feel like im at the cottage visiting here when i go to visit family that reside here. My son easily makes friends (good kids) his age. Perfect family friendly spot to settle down in. P.s. my dog loves all the running space lol

My father bought me a Trailer in this park, I was on the original Lease.
The Park Supervisor seems to think she can dictate, (with her own personal preference&bias) WHO can enter who's homes in the Park. Who u can have over for guests and much, much more.
It is rumoured that this Park Supervisor has lit a few houses of the people she wanted out of the Park, on fire. My brother passed away in my Trailer, but for some reason I still loved the Place.
I really did see the beauty in the Place.
Being out of town, u could see all the beautiful lights, early mornings when people would head to work. I lost my Trailer after one Court Hearing, via Telephone. This was due to apparent loud noise making. (which may have occurred a few times) Broken glass (my ex smashed my kitchen windows cause he is crazy..!!!) And, someone driving somewhat erratically (on a few occasions).
I do not believe this was reason enough, to lose my Home that I loved so much. The Trailer that my father payed 19,000$ for me. I took good care of the place, it was well maintained. My Dad just last summer, built on the place; a new deck. I really, really, loved my Home...
