Having been a client of Me Veronique Semexant, I was pleasantly surprised with the way she handled her cases. I felt well supervised and well supported because of his attention to detail. Nous n’avions pas le choix de la prendre, car c’est elle que nôtre acheteuse a choisi :s mais j’avais envie de pleurer de voir l’argent que je perdais avec cette transaction. Notre notaire, pour l’achat de notre autre maison, en revenait juste pas du montant que ça nous avait coûté. Je ne comprends pas qu’elle pratique encore avec ces prix là.... faite gaffe et magasinez votre notaire!!!! Oh boy .... Super nice lady but her prices are EXORBITANT !!!!!!!!!!!! 2400 for selling my house !!!! We had no choice but to take it, because it was the one our buyer chose: s but I wanted to cry to see the money I was losing on this transaction. Our lawyer, for the purchase of our other house, just couldn't believe how much it cost us. I do not understand why she still practices with these prices there .... watch out and shop your notary !!!!

Elle a aussi fait une erreur dans mes documents que j'ai dû lui faire remarquer et j'ai dû lui rappeler qu'elle avait oublié de me faire signer un document. Mon dossier était simple. Bien gentille mais ne recommande pas ses services. Me. Semexant charges disproportionately for the sale of property - double the norm or comparable cases. She also made a mistake in my documents which I had to point out to her and I had to remind her that she forgot to make me sign a document. My file was simple. Very nice but do not recommend her services.
