★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service of notary staffs I had. Communication is so difficult with this company. You call them at reception and they always transfer to lady Stephanie. I don’t know what note she takes, she never passes properly any message to Me Francois Langlois. On to, she’s very rude and disconnects call while you still speaking. We expect to receive calls but we dont. Rarely responses to our emails. Since September 2021, I had ordered a certificate localisation with them. I’m still waiting to get an update about this. No response to my emails or calls.
