We found Chris online after a Google search for "Chilliwack realtors". We read through profiles and reviews for a few agents and Chris stood out. He was quick to respond to our message and got to work right away with helping us find our new home. He is very knowledgeable, offers great advice, and really helped alleviate a lot of stress with the entire purchasing process. He never pressured us or made us uncomfortable. He worked very hard to keep our spirits up through this crazy market and to find us a home that meets our every need within our budget. Chris was very helpful; ultimately he helped us purchase a house in Chilliwack's fast-paced real estate market. He was very responsive, responding quickly to questions, and quickly scheduling bookings when requested. He was also very knowledgeable and gave very good advice. His suggestions in terms of which properties to see and which not to see proved very helpful. He knew which houses would land inside our budget and were worth our time. He also had an excellent buying strategy, telling us exactly how the buying process would unfold, he was eerily prescient on how much to bid and what other strategic maneuvers would make a difference. I would need many more than 140 characters to explain how awesome Chris was throughout the entire home purchase process. From the work, he did prior to the exploratory trip, great communication during the search, timely ongoing communication, and then most importantly through the inspection and closing process. He pretty much became part of our extended family as a result of our purchase process. I'll never use another realtor and neither should you. Chris did an all-around excellent job with the sales of our condo. The photos, videos, and drone footage were excellent, gained a lot of compliments which in turn brought a high number of showings. At our senior age and after decades of moving from one continent to another, we anticipated not only stressful this sale for us but also for Chris can be. We are so happy that he was able to generate a successful sale for us. He is a very patient person and could always find the way to convince us that we have to stay focused.
