Susan Swan contacted us and through narrowing down what our preferences were, spent many hours searching and looking at possibilities. Susan was excellent with coordinating showings and eventually we found one that suited our needs. With the assistance of Brendan McNeilly, we had our offer accepted and the deal finalized. Both Susan and Brendan were a pleasure to work with. They are professional and very accommodating to the needs of the client with excellent follow up. We would most definitely use their services again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brendan was representing the purchaser of our house and he was challenging to work with. Our realtor had a lot of difficulty contacting Brendan and his client's initial offer expired with absolutely no feedback as to why. Eventually they made another offer and the house was sold but the whole experience was very frustrating for us and the realtor selling our house.
