★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received NOTICE on my car which stated RESIDENCE ONLY parking when I was leaving the beach. The lady who put the notice on my car said there were signs all over, to park where indicated, and walk down on the train system. There was no signage at the beach and the parking notices on other roads was ambiguous. I drove around and I still don't know where to park.
