★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here are wonderful and work quickly. Everyone from the Front desk to the General Manager are all kind. Booking to rent here is very fast and they host various events. Id recomend this place to anyone in or out of the community.

I was at the building for the Halloween magic show and noticed that some of the staff failed to be consistent with enforcing social distancing rules and mask use as stated by the bylaw.
The welcoming staff at the doors had us fill out COVID waivers, wore their masks correctly, and took our temperatures, whilst doing their best to ensure social distancing.
However, some of the staff members would be around the building without masks and engaging with people in the venue which made us uncomfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Community gathering place, nice homely ambience, spacious sprawling garden play area, small town feel, friendly staff, great summer winter Games, kids love it. They have child care centre, kids camp year round, few covid restrictions lately concerning washrooms, event rentals.

I wasn't properly informed about fees and their response was that they don't even have to inform anyone, we're just lucky that they do apparently. They couldn't be bothered to pick up a phone and call you, instead they sick a law firm on you after not informing you of the fees in the first place.
