I bought a wildflower mix seeds from this company and it has Centaurea Cyanus which is listed as an invasive species plant - this should not be sold !!!

The germination rate when following package instructions is an average of 35% for basil, oregano, dill, and parsley. Thyme has a near zero germination rate. This is an awful product. You'd do well to pick up something else. As for the 5 star ratings, I can only conclude that they're fake. No one with any experience trying to grow these seeds would rate them 5 stars. Pros: they're cheap and available at most stores Cons: low germination rate, sometimes no germination at all If you have no choice other than McKenzie, go for varieties that have larger seeds as they've been more successful.

30% of bulbs didn't grow, seed packs were better but quality all around seemed to be an issue

So after I'd waited over three weeks for my order to arrive (one province over), I discovered they had just gone ahead and replaced four packs of flowers I had ordered (for shady areas) with lettuce and zucchini seeds?!? They had even checked off all items as correctly included on the packing slip when literally 50% of all seed packs in there were stuff I had not ordered. I am not impressed, after the long wait time and me paying for stuff I won't be able to plant.

I was honestly disappointed with the quality of the seeds. More than half did not germinate between 8 different seed packages I ordered. And the wild flower mix germinated but boy was it disappointing. Support your local seed suppliers. I've found much much better success with them.

Never again. The order came all messed up, part of the order did not come, with an item thrown in that I did not order, while the credit card was charged the full amount. No notice or email of the items that were not being included in the order or replaced.

Of the seeds I did receive, germination is no better than 50%. That's rough. But the worst thing about this place is their loooong shipping times with a really bad post office in Brandon that seems to lose or fail to scan most of what they receive. Company insists on waiting 15 BUSINESS DAYS for Canada Post to update a dead tracking number before they will do anything about it like refund or resend the order. 3 weeks, during planting season. They say that Canada Post does this "all the time", yet they continue to not offer any other shipping options, and have set their rules to screw people over when Canada Post inevitably drops the ball. Don't bother ordering from these clowns if you want to actually receive something in a timely manner.

Everything went smooth with making the online order however once the order was placed I heard nothing. Days and days went by and no updates. I followed up via email and they told me it should have been filled seeing as it was well past their usual timeline. They told me they would follow up with the warehouse. To keep things short, after a few more follow ups via email and finally a couple phone calls, they gave me the standard "this never happens" comment and claimed they were still working on trying to figure out where my order was. After pushing harder it suddenly showed as shipped and arrived in the next couple days. Not impressed with how everthing was handled. I watched them offer free shipping during this time (which was annoying as I had paid for shipping) and I found it hard to get answers. How did the seeds grow? It was late getting them into the ground due to all the delays that they didnt grow well. Not sure if its from their seeds or the late timing.
