★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had lots of good meals here, huge selection, cheap beer. McKeck came by our table to see how everything was, very friendly. Pasta was very good, burger, no complaints. I'm glad they're still here and open.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great little spot on main street - nice patio on the street. Staff were friendly. I rode my bike from Uxbridge to Haliburton on the Rail Trail for Great Cycle Challenge Canada, so needed some protein. The original burger with added bacon was just the ticket. Perfect char, good portion size and really tasty. The home fries were just how I like them - skin on and crispy. I'll be sure to recommend McKeck's and stop here in the future.
I read reviews about lack of staff and having to wait. Clearly these people don't understand how Covid and CERB have screwed restaurants. If people aren't willing to work because of CERB, then you have to expect to wait longer at restaurants. Don't blame the restaurant. The staff are stressed and doing their best with limited help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you’re ever in the area you definitely should check this place out. I had a cheeseburger with fries and it was great the burger was made just right and full of flavour. Fries just as great . And everyone else food in the group was great no complaints from anyone .shout out to the kitchen job well done. And the server’s great job very helpful and friendly if I am ever back in the area definitely coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great spot in Haliburton with something for everyone. Very friendly staff who are also good with kids. Great selection of craft beers on tap.
Menu has all the pub classics and a few specialties. I had the "Blue Line" burger (which includes sauteed onions & blue cheese), my husband had fish & chips and the kids had chicken fingers. Everything seems to be made in-house from fresh ingredients.
Due to Covid, there was a bit of a wait for a table (even on a Wednesday night) and staff were working hard to keep up with demand. My burger was slightly overdone, but everything else was great.
An overall great experience. My daughter wants to go back again next week!

McKeck’s had an amazing vibe, super friendly staff, great quality food…and clean washrooms to boot! If you’re looking for solid grill food and beer, this is worth the trek from anywhere in the region

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great not so little place! I was surprised how far back this well appointed spot goes. Lots of room to move around, and the serving staff were so efficient! The place was pretty busy, but they held it down. The food was delicious and very generous portions. Walking out after a nice meal to take in the awesome town of Haliburton was the perfect ending?
