★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My broker was aloof and could not seem to figure out how to transfer an Intact auto insurance policy from a broker in Edmonton to her office. Also I called the Belleville switchboard 3 times and was put on hold so fast I could not get my question out. I am cancelling and saving 30% with Aviva.

Gave us advice on some items we weren't sure about. The staff in the Madoc office are very friendly and helpful. McDougall Insurance is a great company.
