★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have stopped at this McDonald’s a number of times on our way thru… everytime either we have to wait forever for our food and usually something wrong with the order or like today, food came pretty quick but WRONG. Ordered two sausage and Eggers, get half way down the highway and voila…no sausage in egger and hash browns are cold. Done with this place….Tim’s and A & W get our business from now on

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Big Mac and fries were acceptable.. I ordered a caramel iced coffee which tasted similar to a cup of ice water. While waiting for my order inside, the ignorant staff members in the kitchen kept joking around and swearing with each other. Isn’t this a family friendly restaurant?! And the worse part is that the manager or supervisor who walked by them seemed to not care one bit! Extremely disappointed with this location and I wouldn’t be surprised if a lawsuit came their way!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untrained employees on drive thru, asked them from no meat burgers, they don't know anything about their menu. Person on other end left us waiting there after saying give me a minute, one she came back straight told me to come to window never,didn't ask if we need to order anything more, I had to over talk to complete my order and ones I went to window, order wasn't complete, had to order again on Window, very unprofessional and untrained staff. Never apologized for mistake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We order from the Sundre McDonald's quite often as we have a busy schedule with 2 young children. More often than not the orders from this location are wrong and have to be fixed. Seems counter productive to have to go back to the drive through a second time to get them to fix something that should've been double checked by the staff before sending out the order. And when looking to put in a complaint online, conveniently the receipt was not attached either. Sadly mcdonalds focuses more about rushing customers through than the quality/ accuracy of their food.

Going there and seeing it's popularity it made me think.
A quick stop at the drive though may seem like a great option but we tend to ignore the downsides. In order to serve such food so quick and cheaply and lastly consistently, fast food establishments focus on process and efficiency instead of taking into account the dietary needs of a healthy meal.
With a prolonged period of fast over processed food consumption is really detrimental to ones health, This leads to a higher risk of obesity, type II diabetes, cardiovascular health issues. Also the average Canadian consumes way to much sodium.
Eat healthy my homies and avoid fast food establishments like this one...
