★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The attitude of the girl handing out the food is what made my day. Even with a mask on you could tell she was smiling ear to ear. Especially during this pandemic it's nice to see that attitude

I ask for hot food and I get cold food.
I like my fries very hot and they give me something that was sitting there for at least 20 minutes.
I'm not crazy for McDonald's, 30 years ago it was way better then it is today.
Here in Quebec there is a language issue so that does not help either .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was very loud with employees talking to each other. Had to much special sauce on my big Mac and it was an order over 80$ they never asked us for the papers for covid. We're from. Ontario plus we had ppl from quebec and never asked them either. We had to clean are own tables too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here to eat something before returning to Montreal, I ordered a mini chicken wrap and a soft drink, my crunchy chicken wrap is excellent to eat and my soft drinks consumed here is sweet, I also tasted all soft drinks sold on place and your employees working here are friendly and respectful. The thing I disliked a little, it's the long wait line.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s getting worse. I used to go there all the time but I think last time is my last visit it’s three times in a row that there’s problems.
The first problem is our order wasn’t made correctly. The second time we got there at 10 with the app saying that it was still open until 11 and they told us they were closing?♂️.
A few days ago I ordered two trio on the app and once we get to the window they only hand me one of them and a singular burger. Like where the hell did the fries and drink go ?♂️ fix your app it doesn’t even work properly
At this point I’ll just go to the A&W which is literally just across the road
