★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You know when a staff member drops your money on the ground in the drive thru I don't think it's my problem to get out of the vehicle and pick it up they should just give me new change and them get it later......like really if it's my fault that's my problem your fault your problem..... customer service remember when that was actually important

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all when I was there I was in line for over five minutes, With no one ahead of me. I was wanting a soft serve ice cream. Only to find out they are not serving ice cream , Normally I would be OK with that but there should at least be some signage, right? That coupled with basically being ignored in line made this review a one star. Sorry McDonald’s, you need to train your staff to be better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Showed up late. so thought I would take a chance to get some Timbits. Waited in line - got to the order speaker and asked for Timbits. "How many would you like Sir?" "Two dozen please" I replied. Get to the Window to pay and was greeted with - "we don't have any Timbits".
This seems to be a common theme across all Tim Hortons. If they are going to stay open 24/7 or even just stay open late - they really need to keep things in stock. Or know they don't have the stock when you order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ever notice things are more expensive here?? or the Price seems higer then it really is?? The drive thru always asks if you want extra this and extra that... They speak so fast that somehow they slipped on an extra hashbrown... Or when i ask for a sausage mcgriddle, they assume i want egg and 2 hashbrowns... They are slimey and they are being motivated obviously thru management. Next time i will slow down the drive thru and talk sense into these salespeople.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a Big mac extra sauce. Got a big mac extra lettuce. Had bad customer service. Asked for tea she said they had none I could clearly see the tea bags on the counter. I've had bad service at McDonald's before but this is the first time I felt I should write a review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's inside the Walmart. The place is fine and it's convenient. However some items on the menu were not available (icecream and apple pie/turnovers). Some of the tables were not clean.
