★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i’ve never felt the need to leave a review on customer service because everyone has their bad days, but i had a awfully memorable experience with their staff member Sandra to say the least. class just ended at the high school nearby, so it was a bit busy, but nothing compared to what it looks like at lunch hour. the orders were called and given as usual, but when it came to my order on the screen, it disappeared along with Sandra and the food, calling out a 200 order when i was 871. i waited 20 minutes for my food, only to realize she took and gave our order to someone who had been seated. another employee pointed out that we had been standing for a while and so i asked if my order was okay, she asked so i confirmed my order, and then Sandra proceeded to tell me “she was looking me in the eyes” when she was calling out the wrong order . the same employee that made Sandra aware of the situation apologized first about the misunderstanding which was very kind (i have nothing but good things to say about the service at that location), but i’ve never faced such an unorganized work ethic even before the confrontation for my order. she walked up the men that ordered after to confirm their orders and even took the receipt from a gentleman that had just finished ordering at a kiosk. i’ve been going to this location since my grandparents took me for happy meals at the play place, but i’ve never had service i felt the need to bring to a standard until now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If this is very busy there at the sun went down on 37° 38° record-breaking day in the central interior British Columbia you know what these kids work hard so y'all can lay off of them... In every industry actually these people are working really hard everywhere so yeah the entitled minds can just go bait themselves on someone else's hook behave yourself

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My two friends and I went there to hang out and get a drink while we waited for someone and not even five minutes after ordering we got kicked out. Because only two of us ordered, and it wasn’t even busy. The coffee also tasted horrible. Would never recommend, the staff are so dis-respectful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the workers wouldn’t stop pestering me about simple things. Like the fact that I was sitting in my chair weird (due to back problems) or the fact that I was holding my boyfriends hand. She made me uncomfortable to the point where I had to take my business else where. Everyone else seem very nice though

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a truck driver. They put a 11ft height bar in the drive thru so trucks can't go through. And when i asked if i could walk through they refused me. Told me to come back when the restaurant part was open at 6 am. They expected me to sit in their parking lot for 2 hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my regular McDonald's. The lines move quickly, and my orders are consistently accurate. The staff are friendly. The parking lot can be crowded, but street parking for campers and trailers is just across the street, so still convenient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sandra is a great staff specially serving the Playground area. Every time I took my grandson there, she was always smiling to greet us. She came to our table many times and asked “Do you need anything which I can bring over to you?” She had done very hard to make guests feel like eating at home!
