★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have their issues here and there but usually are pretty quick and food is pretty decent. Do love that chicken BLT though so they get a 4th star. Would be 3.5 if I could.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drive thru by far the worst I've seen looks like a bomb went off there. Owners are so cheap it's un real saw them patching the parking lot so cheap can't even hire someone to do it right.

Always incomplete or wrong orders. Confused Staff. Argumentative staff. Inadequate customer service (and policy?). Manager's without any real resolution authority.
After being handed an extra small drink and told 'there's your order' while waiting for literally everything else, then finding out the patty on my 9yr old's cheeseburger wasn't included (after we checked in the drive-thru that all items were there again) we called and they advised we can have a free cheeseburger the next time we drive-thru.
I don't want a lowly cheeseburger for disappointing my 9yr old (again!).
Avoid this place until their staffing and customer service policy changes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been born raised in Rupert and have seen this restaurant go through some highs and lows.. just like Rupert! I don't know if I am just lucky but 99% of the time I go through here, my order is correct. Maybe I just pay attention to the screen when I order to make sure they got it right. I have caught a couple mistakes there. I think because some of the workers english is not the best. Sometimes the burgers a little messy put together but also this place gets so busy the line up is to the road so I ge t it. Either way I am taking away one star for that. In the end it's McDonalds. I pretty much get what I expect from them. Beats the dried up chicken I get in my wrap at Timmy's in town anyways.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service wasn't great. Person taking my order was in a hurry and rude. In the end they charged me for the wrong order and it wasn't even busy inside or in the drive through. Customer servive has been slipping for a while at this McDonald's. Sad thing is they use to train their workers very well and they use to be friendly.
The parking lot needs serious work, especially at the end of the drive through where all those deep pot holes are in the cement. Multi billion dollar company and they can't fill deep pot holes?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They messed up aging surprised I think not the just can't get an order right months in a row. And how they make a buger is just horrible everything in a ball yum yum. This is supposedly there new buger but it has no new sauce on it and 5 little onion crssip's

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You know things are bad when you notice all the grammatical errors on their "official" Facebook page.
Don't bother - go somewhere else (although here in Prince Rupert there aren't many other options). Whether you're using the kiosk, the drive-thru, ordering at the cash register, or ordering through Spyce (which will take over an hour to get to you despite living less than a 10 minute drive away), your order is going to be messed up in one way or another. Inside behind the cash register seems very hectic with employees running all over the place and managers yelling as if they're running the Navy.
At other McDonald's locations I never checked my bag besides a quick look inside because I feel confident that I'm going to get what I ordered. Here, I have to look in my bag, rummage around inside of it, fish out my food and unwrap it because on more than one occasion I've ordered a Chicken McMuffin, but have been given just a McMuffin with nothing on it, just the bread.
Also, don't bother putting in complaints or contacting the location if your order is incorrect, they'll just hang up on you or not even bother replying.
