★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I timed my wait in the drive through. I arrived at 10:14 AM. It is currently 10:50, and I am still in the drive through. We’ve advanced 3 vehicles now.
On the up side, the food should be as fresh as it gets, because when you get in line here to order a chicken burger, the chicken you’ll be getting hasn’t actually hatched yet, you must wait in line for it to grow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service here is absolutely atrocious, INCREDIBLY slow, waited in the line up for 25 min just for them to get my order wrong. I would have left but it was supposed to be a treat for the kids. The long waits have happened to me every time I have gone in the last year, maybe 6 times...
I go thinking enough time has gone by that they may have improved their management.... nope.

Today special.win.. blt quater pounder with no cheese and extra lettuce ..
They forgot everything that makes the BLT and it had extra onions? Bahahaha lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly the workers are trying their best, they're doing a great job at it as well, and yeah there's some mix ups in the orders, and some items missing. But hey it happens were all human were all trying our best and I appreciate them and their hard work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service everytime I go it takes forever. The food is never good. Some days they don’t even make lattes, iced coffee, coffee, smoothies. Everytime I go there’s something wrong or there’s something I can’t order. I went today and they didn’t have cream cheese. I do NOT RECOMMEND
