J	Jeff Gaudry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far the worst McDonald's I have ever been to in Canada. And I have traveled the whole Country. Rude staff, no leadership. Always mess up on food. Management that clearly doesn't care. They're lucky theyre McDonald's or it would probably hurt their bottom line. Whoever owns this store should be ashamed at the service and food coming out of this locations.

Can't expect the staff to be properly trained when the management doesn't even know what the hell they are doing.

S	Steve W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The problem with this location is that half the time you go through the drive-thru, they tell you to park and they’ll bring you the order. Last time they forgot about us and I had to go in, and this time there were no spots to park. What’s the point of the drive-thru?!

The only consistent thing they can pull off is that the food is always horrible. I ate here a few months ago, thought time would help, it didn’t. Avoid this place. Take the time to drive to the north McDonald’s.
I	Illa Matthews on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was missing 2 fish burgers, at the time I seen only one missing and returned to get it, which I had no problems with that. Than later realized there was another missing. I didn't go back for that. This is not the first time this has happen. Staff was great.

The drive through is usually pretty quick, though it is not in the best location as it's right between the entrance to a larger parking lot and a major road. Overall a decent place Maccers location.

I end up here frequently and it has consistently been getting worse and worse for wait times and service for the past 6 months at least. Every time I end up at this location because of convenience I end up regretting it. In several instances picking up orders inside the lobby I've been completely ignored by staff while waiting to talk to somebody. In the Drive-Thru I'm always asked to park further up which is an inadequate sized parking spot for most vehicles and in a dangerous area as it's the entrance to the entire parking lot. The last visit they now have decided to start charging for substitutions that are equal value. I won't be coming back.
