C	Cathy Ponech on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over the past year, we have had numerous missed items and allergy-related missed instructions. Wait times have been over an our on numerous occasions. Things were improving slightly, but again, my 6 assorted muffins were missed through the uber eats order this morning. I have called 6 times since getting the order 40 mins ago and still no answer.
B	Brenda. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give the easthill McDonald’s team more than 5 stars I would, the workers are so friendly and have an amazing sense of humour. The star of the team is definitely Brooke however, this absolute gem did the most outstanding job making my coffee and I have to say it was the most yummylicous thing I’ve ever tasted from McDonald’s. She also did an exceptional job while making the most delicious, scrumptious, mouthwatering poutine to ever come out of that building. I have to say I’m definitely a fan and this dazzling, extraordinary, beguiling young woman and she truly completes the McDonald’s experience. Are you kidding me?!! She’s the full package, I would eat her over a Big Mac meal any day! Not sure how much they’re paying her but it’s not enough, they need to give this shining star a raise!
J	Jeff Arnold on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No care given. I get there’s a work shortage but jeeez. Just went there, it’s crazy busy in the drive through. Everything is running smooth till I pull up. They take the other lanes order, all good ….. they take the other lanes order again, and again, and again. I pull up to the window and ask what’s going on …. Kid says I dunno I just take payment. So I ask for someone to take my order…. “Umm sorry you’ll have to drive back around” cool the line up is well into the grocery store parking lot backed up like crazy. No thanks. While my cholesterol levels appreciate it my stomach is more then aggravated.
T	TheZacwillems on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was cold, they forgot items and decided to just throw in 15 straws. Hopefully it was just a busy rush and not the norm. I didn't confront them about the missing items. So the huge amount of straws was a really random surprise ?. Anyway I'd recommend going to a different McDonald's
T	Thej's Life on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ June 17th I stopped by McDonalds in Easthill to grab supper for the family today. The food was excellent! We got two BLT chicken sandwich meals and the BTS 10 piece chicken nugget meal. Everything was fresh and delicious! McDonalds has really up'd their burger game lately. Thanks for the great meal guys :) ****** June 29th I went through the drive thru today to pick up supper. I ordered a Spicy McChicken sandwich, a McDouble meal and an iced frappé. I was given a Quarter Pounder with cheese instead of the McChicken. Disappointed.

The bricks at the front of the store have sunk 2.5 -3 inches and have left a dangerous unmarked tripi g hazard. To quote my 3 year old son "why they make a trap and hurt me. I'm not a bad guy I'm a good guy. That's not nice of them" Great service team and clean location just a bad experience with the front door
S	Shawn Macleod on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brutal Brutal Brutal. I don't know how this mcdonalds can even stay open. This is what I got for fries today after waiting 18 mins in their very slow drive thru. And still jot receiving my full meal that I paid for. This is unexceptable, I think we all should start boycotting them. Honestly half the menu wasn't avaible, zombie like staff, all around just a terrible experience I wish I could give zeros. Sad thing is this place use to be one of the best!!!!
S	Stacy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered from here once again and once again they don't send my daughters happy meal. They remembered to pack the drink and to charge me for it! When you call they either don't answer or blame skip but the bags are sealed with their stickers! On top of that, the pop came half empty, and the poutine was dry, maybe a TSP of gravy....maybe. If they answer the phone, they give no refund or send the food out. How nice for a family dinner when you have to take from all the other meals to make sure 1 doesn't go without. ABSOLUTE DISGRACE! Kid friendly...the only reason we eat there and they can never get it right. I'm not a picky person but it would be nice to actually get what you paid for!
