Gordon is a lawyer who poses as a neutral party to represent children on behalf of CAS. An evil little man. He represents no other than CAS. Beware as he will pretend to be on your side only to turn on you during the trial.

Terrible terrible experience !!!!!! Mr. Gordon Y. McDiarmid was trying to destroy my documents when Mr. Gordon Y. McDiarmid's mistake was found by me ! On the 19th, August, 2021, me and my husband went to Mr. Gordon Y. McDiarmid's law firm to ask Gordon Y. McDiarmid to provide notary services for us in order to apply for a passport for my daughter. Mr. Gordon Y. McDiarmid provided the service for us on that day and we paid full legal bills on that same day. On the 31th, August, me and my husband went to ottawa to apply for a passport for my daughter, because on 16th August, the officer from the service of Ontario told us that we can not apply for a passport in Kingston and the nearest city is Ottawa, so we booked the nearest appointment on 31th, August. However, when we arrived at Ottawa, the officer from the service of Ontario at Ottawa told us that we can not apply for a passport for my daughter, because the lawyer we found, who is Mr. Gordon Y. McDiarmid did not write "this is exhibit A in support of the applicant's statutory declaration." on one of my daughter's passport photos, which makes our application ineligible. This requirement is clearly written in the section of the Declaration of Official on the document that Mr. Gordon Y. McDiarmid signed for us on 19th, August, but Mr. Gordon Y. McDiarmid never told us that there is such a requirement for him. I immediately telephoned the law firm and the staff there told me to come tomorrow at 10:30am in order for Mr. Gordon Y. McDiarmid to fulfil that requirement. On 1st, September, I came to Mr. Gordon Y. McDiarmid's firm. First, the staff there refused to let me in and just took the photo to let Mr. Gordon Y. McDiarmid to write that sentence. After I insisted on talking to Mr. Gordon Y. McDiarmid in person, the staff let me wait around 15 minutes, Gordon Y. McDiarmid finally came to talk to me reluctantly. I told Mr. Gordon Y. McDiarmid that I want damages from him, because his negligence makes me suffer damages. Mr. Gordon Y. McDiarmid just let me speak for one sentence. After Mr. Gordon Y. McDiarmid has heard the word "damages", he seems really really angry. I told Mr. Gordon Y. McDiarmid that I will complain to the Law Society of Ontario and Mr. Gordon Y. McDiarmid very angrily said just go to complain. Meanwhile, suddenly Gordon Y. McDiarmid was trying to grab my documents. I was very very shocked about Mr. Gordon Y. McDiarmid's behavior. The fight between me and Gordon Y. McDiarmid about my documents almost caused my documents to be damaged. I swear to god all I said is true ! I report to Law Society of Ontario about this situation together with all my evidence !
