★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wasn't too sure of Dr West in the beginning as I never saw him and only ever saw his assistant. Lately I have been only seeing Dr West and he has been pretty amazing. Very thorough and attentive. He seems to care a lot about his patients and has been so helpful to me since my car accident!! His Staff are also amazing!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been seeing Dr West since 2005 and he is one of the best doctors that I have come across here in Canada and this is why I continue to see him for all these years. He always listens to my concerns and always answers my questions and is a great help with my health and well being. If you are looking for a excellent Dr that cares about his patients, then look no further as Dr West will take great care of your health.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You were constantly have to sit in the waiting room for hours waiting for a doctor West. It was a nightmare he would never follow through with any of the plans he made for you even if you tried to follow through because he was always leaving and going to South Africa. And now that he’s been fired from there, it says it’s open online but I’ve been calling and no one‘s picking up the phone.

Trying to book an appointment, but no one ever answers the phones here! Frustrating! Why is the admin staff so incompetent! Please do something about the admin staff!
Edit: My mistake, I was probably calling during lunch time. Would be nice if it was indicated in the voice message what your lunch time is and to call before or after that time. When I eventually did get a hold of the receptionist, she was helpful, and she did call back the following day to follow up. Thank you.
