They came in quick order and tested my well. They produced the documentation I needed to buy my house.

I had a couple issues with my well initially and they were very quick to come out on a weekend and help resolve my issues. Even a year later I had some questions and they were very helpful and willing to help resolve problems.

We had the misfortune of having to call these out 3 times. I cannot say enough about how amazing they are. The times we call is always out of hours or on long weekends. They have always gone out of their way to address our problem straight away. They go far and above the normal call of duty.

Excellent, for all the acreage owners or rural people they were so much more helpful and knowledgeable than anyone one else in lloydminster. No matter who installed your water system.

I must at the very least give my endorsement to this excellent local business. Let me share my experience, as it is exactly this type of situation that separates the average business from the great. It was approximately 6pm and shortly after my wife had finished the dishes, our water system at our farm stopped working. We have a well pump and pressure system for the house. I knew very little about the system but navigated through the internet to do some basic troubleshooting to determine if there was something I could try to rectify myself. I had completed some very basic tests but quickly felt it was beyond my capacity to fix. My first reaction was to call a company to help. I picked this company because they had given me great service before by performing a well test when I purchased my farm. By this time it was 930pm. I was given a return phone call very shortly after speaking to thier on call service who was nice and polite. A gentleman returned my call. He was very polite and very pleasant to speak with. I believe he was not only a technician but a stakeholder in the company. If not he sure represented and acted like he was. He asked me several probing questions and quickly determined the problem. Suggested that I meet him at his shop which was a length away from where he was at the time. I found this impressive that he was willing to go there to get the simple part to replace it. I met him there where he greater me pleasantly and assured me that if it didn't work they would be at my place firdt thing in the morning. Well the part he have me and his diagnoses was spot on and everything he had said worked and my problem was fixed. This was the Friday before the May long weekend. In business there are companies in every industry that make our lives easier and help us with thier products and services. But only once in a while there are companies like this that make it more than just those products and services. This is one of those companies.
