J'y suis arrivé vers l'heure du souper aujourd'hui, abordé d'une manière comme si je dérangeais la dame, alors qu'elle n'était pas occupée. Définitivement pas intéressée à m'accueillir comme cliente qui voulait seulement un RENDEZ-VOUS. Je lui mentionne mon besoin, très difficile à se comprendre.... la personne qui me semble être là propriétaire s'est mise à chercher quelque chose pendant quelques minutes sur son téléphone pour oser me demander: "Ques tu attend ?"
Pire expérience, première et dernière fois entrée dans ce salon!
Worst customer service experience ever!!!
Got there around suppertime today, accosted in a way as if I was bothering the lady, when she wasn't busy. Definitely not interested in welcoming me as a client who only wanted an APPOINTMENT. I mention my need to him, very difficult to understand.... the person who seems to me to be the owner there started looking for something for a few minutes on his phone to dare to ask me: "What are you waiting for?"
Worst experience, first and last time entering this salon!
