M	Mikhael Slobodnik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a battery for 180$ 3 years ago , in this period of time i came around 4 times with the battrey told them its not holding charge , they gave me a replacement ans took it for a check , every time they told me its fine so i drove there once again and took my ols battery , in the last year ive been there around 8 times back and forth taking my old battery and giving back the replacement . Yesterday they guy who deals with warranty told me that all they so is checking if the battery hold the charge , NO UNDER LOAD TEST has been done . This is just insane, how is a company that specializes in batteries doesnt do this kind of test and telling me that im wrong , omg . Finaly after so much headache they listened to me and did an under load test and realized i was right . Got a new battery after so much headache they gave me honestly its not enough, Donny the owner promised me i will be compensated for the headache and all the times i came there back and forth , that did not happen , told me they will install the battery in my car and that is the minimum they could do to make me 1% happier , no did not happen . They think that giving me a new battery is a privilege that i got and not my right . When i came out the bulding the warranty guy told the other customers sorry you had to see that , but i am just sorry for them that they are your customers honestly . Worst customer service ever .

My car won’t start and I was told by CAA that my car battery was loose, went back and their tech argued that it wasn’t fixed by them. Even though the battery has their name on it, he was condescending and didn’t fix my car instead broke something off my car and said he couldn’t reach the battery while muttering all sort the whole time. I had to drive to superlube where they helped remount it without a charge.

Paid less for the battery and installation than a would a single battery at one of the big retail stores. Staff is super friendly and efficient. Took no more than 5 mins to install battery. And they took my old battery, so I didn't have to deal with that.

Here how it went down, I called yesterday and spoke to a person who was very helpful, gave some solid advice as to what I needed, was very professional and was really good to hear someone on the phone who really seemed to care about their job. I was buying a battery for an ORV and a Noco booster. Then I went to go pick up what I needed, ended up at the wrong place (another battery store) down the street from MB Battery Distributors, not sure how I did this but we all mess up sometimes, this other place was awful to deal with. I bought the battery at the bad place, said no to the booster cause price was no where near what I was quoted on phone(guess so as was wrong place). Once I left the store realized my mistake, I went to MB Battery and found the lady I spoke to on the phone. Well explained what happened and still was very helpful! I bought the Noco booster from them as they had the price from the call, they even double checked the battery for me to make sure it was the right one. The lady I dealt with here cared about the business line it was her own, maybe it is, didn’t ask. Again, MB Battery Distributors is my battery place now, you have a customer that will tell everyone about this positive experience. Thank you very much!!!!!
P	Premium Domains World on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheap batteries and unprofessional and misleading employees. Even if it's more money, buy battery from elsewhere. This is by far the worst business I came across. I m not a person to write a bad review but this MbBattery needs to know this. I will be 1000 Times happier to give business to someone else who has good employees and proper customer service. I bought two batteries and its less than two year old. I drove for 25 kms one way after calling and checking on the warranty, but when I come - the employee said he can't check the battery because he is busy, and the other battery has no warranty for the leak. I perfectly understand if there is no warranty but I need to be informed on it and if they can't check the other battery which will take less than a minute, It's not worth to buy battery from this place And he didn't have the time to listen to me. All he wanted is to sell another battery. In -20 I spend my time coming all the way to just hear that they are busy to attend to the customer. Another older gentleman was arguing too.. so guess the positive reviews are fake.
R	Ray Slagerman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place to buy your batteries from. Have bought many here with them only lasting a year at best. They don’t want to honour warranty just sell you a new one. Won’t ever buy any kind of battery from here again. Even if I have to spend double the money else where maybe I’ll get a battery that will last a couple years.
J	Jordan LeBlanc on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t go anywhere else. More than reasonable pricing, great warranties, and honest work. They will even install it for you for very cheap. Just recently I referred my friend because his battery died. He drove there, asked them if his battery was still good, they told him his battery doesn’t need to be replaced. There are still good honest people out there!
