On March 22 2017,a very cold day, I picked up my Mazda 3, recently washed.Consequently the rear wheels froze ruining the rear left caliper as the car was dragged on the premises by Philippe Belanger,a sales person. Ihave asked Mazda repeatedly to fix it as it was their responsability, to no avail. Their customer service is plainly said, AWFUL!

I had an extremely disrespectful encounter at this dealership. Earlier on in the week, I had inquired into purchasing a used car that I had seen on their website (keep in mind that I live two hours away). They had immediately contacted me back to set up an appointment for Saturday afternoon to test drive the car, although we hadn't specified a time. I called on Saturday morning to make sure the car was still available, and that I would be driving from Montreal for the test drive. The salesman that I spoke with said that it was no problem, and that the next test drive would be scheduled for 4 o'clock, so I just need to arrive before then.. he also said "the car is all ready to go and waiting for you". I got to the dealership at 2 o'clock (2 hours later), and he told me that he had sold the car 15 minutes after we had gotten off the phone. When I asked why he hadn't called back to let me know (since I had to drive two hours for nothing), he explained that they were way too busy and didn't have the time.. he stated "when someone comes in with the cash, you sell". It seems that the right thing to do would have been to call back and tell me not to come, especially since they had all my information (there were three e-mail exchanges, a text message, and two phone calls with this dealership within about 3 days).

Let me run through the awful experience we had at Mazda sherbrooke. On the website, I found the exact SUV I wanted. I contacted them and set up an appointment to go and have a look at the vehicle. When we walked into the building, every single one of the sales personnel were sitting in their office, and it took several minutes for someone to come and see us. No big deal. We went and took a test drive and decided we would put in our application to purchase the car. Because it was later in the evening they required us to put down a 300$ deposit. That evening we got the call that we were approved, and made an appointment for the following night to pick up our new SUV. We arrived on time and waited in the lobby for at least 10 minutes before all of the personell stop talking amongst each other to come and greet us. We waited 35 minutes after our original appointment to see the finance woman. A family came in after us, and she saw them before us. It was completely frustrating, especially considering we had to pay someone to watch our children, extra time adds up! The sales guy told us we would have a cheque in the mail by wednesay for our 300$ deposit. It is now Wednesday and I just got off the phone with Mazda Sherbrooke who informed me the cheque still hasn't been made, and the sales guy could have apparently refunded us the deposit the night we picked up the SUV. I've been to several dealerships over the last 3 weeks, and none have looked as miserable as those at Mazda. A little late, but better late then never ;-) We bought the XC5 GT 2020 from MAZDA Sherbrooke We have to say, these guy's (girls) know there business :-), super friendly....and not only because they have to...even a few days after we bought it we got a call if everything was as we wanted it. Thanks everybody from MAZDA Sherbrooke for your great service :-) ps. the mugs are great ;-) H&J
