★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mayor Stewart is the worst mayor ever. Under his leadership Vancouver has become a haven for criminals. It now reminds me of New York in the 70s when it was dubbed the rotten apple. He has raised taxes yet lowered civic standards and services such that people don't feel safe anymore.
