★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mayfield foot and orthotic clinic is very good. I recieve my orthotics from them, I am very happy with the customer service and the products I received. The customer service is great and the employees are very nice. I highly recommend this clinic if you have benefits and are in need of orthotics. Also, every time I visit the clinic, I receive free shoe deodorant from Roya.

I highly recommend this place to anyone.

I can honestly say I have only received Excellent services and good care by Mayfield Foot and Orthotic clinic .I'm really happy with this customer service and with (Roya) she is great person she billed directly to insurance and receive orthotic and everything else on time! Highly recommended this clinic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had called Roya and explained to her in detail that my godmother required a platform orthotic since one of her legs is shorter than the other. She said that Mayfield clinic can do exactly that and we can even choose the style of shoes that she wants when she comes into the clinic. When my godmother went to pick up her 'shoes', she was handed simple insoles that I had never even asked for. My attempts to come to any kind of a reasonable agreement with the clinic have been with totalmet with complete indifference and then silence. A 90 year old woman was left without her shoes and I've been left completely defrauded. Do not go to this clinic.
