★ ★ ★ ★ ★ False advertising. When I was applying for the mortgage, I was told that the most expensive unit for in the mid $500K. Now they are charging over $600K for a one bedroom unit. This should be reflective on your website. The website still advertises as 2-3 bedrooms for low 400s.
