If I could give zero stars, I would. I think the fact that the name of the company is what it is, is both ironic and laughable. The business lacks professionalism, and has little, to no morale. Arrangements aren't honoured, the customer service is horrendous, and the business seems to have no problems trying to SCAM clients to pay extra charge fees for the management's incompetence (i.e.: not honouring booking procedures). Dealing with them is so exhausting; you're constantly running after them to try and get answers, you'd think YOU were the one running the business. They disclose the shipping container takes two days to arrive to Winnipeg, we gave the business a set date for the container's arrival, only to have them TEXT us that the container arrived three days AFTER the agreed upon date. Let me say that again, TEXT, not call, TEXT; because, as the manager put it, "that's how we do business in this day and age". Instead of being ethical and acknowledging their missteps, they try to INTIMIDATE you by being combative AND threatening to cancel the transaction if you fail to load the container by THEIR now desired request. They've done this to more than four people that are in my community - whom recommended the company to us; which was concerning to me, because the business made themselves appear to be a monopoly in Winnipeg. I think It's telling, if you google this company, there's no information to be found about them. There are no reviews, there's no "Better Business Bureau" trademarked on the website, and they haven't been mentioned in any International Freight Shipping Company Review Websites. This will be their first review anywhere to be found. BEWARE Do yourself a favour, take your business else where! Don't put yourself through unnecessary headaches.
