The surgeon, Dr Jeff Bassey, gets a 5. The admin staff gets a 1. The surgeon was great, professional and courteous. The admin staff have issues with communication. They ask you if you want to book right away or wait for pre-approval so you don’t have to pay anything. So we wait for pre-approval I get a call saying approved and only $5.31 is owing and paid over the phone. I show up with my daughter and they tell me I owe $2,870. K. What? It was pre-approved and I have the letter too. Well yes and no. They do not tell you that you still have to pay and then submit to insurance. Which does me absolutely no good because I didn’t bring my wallet with me having to deal with a post surgery kid….. And they will not take the patient back to be done until paid. Admin trying to tell me they cover this in the pre-assessment. But for some reason the FOUR people after me have the same issue?!?! So it’s not just me…. The desk staff have communication issues. Take your wallet and be prepared to pay.

I hadn't been to the dentist for years knowing I had to get my wisdom teeth out and I was absolutely terrified. I finally bit the bullet this past summer and decided it was time. I was referred to the Maxillo clinic and I have to say that I am SO GLAD I went!! After just having them out yesterday, my swelling is almost none and I have barely felt the need to take pain medication. Dr. Vint did an amazing job during the procedure and I am so grateful. The entire staff including the anesthesiologist and reception were so comforting and pleasant. I would 100% recommend this place and I actually feel like they have helped squash my phobia of the dentist.

I didn't even have to meet Dr. Kurt Scherle to know what kind of doctor he is. This doctor is only in the business to make money - he does not care about the well being of people nor does he have the capacity to admit when his staff made an error. The receptionist I spoke with earlier today made this abundantly clear. In a nut shell, 4 years ago they messed up my file so bad to the point where this doctor won't even see me now. But now I realize it was a blessing in disguise since who wants a doctor who can't even keep accurate records?! As a side note, take a look at his picture on the website and tell me it doesn't belong on a bus stop bench. Doctors shouldn't look like real estate agents. Another Red flag.

I went here and removed both of my upper wisdom teeth, that other dentist was afraid of removing them. So I found this great clinic, and I had a pleasure meeting Dr. Kurt who is very knowledgeable and professional. It took him only 15mins to finish everything, I was truly surprised with his amazing job!

Great experience with the doctor and the lady in recovery, she was wonderful, horrible experience with reception. Every piece of information I was given by reception was incorrect. I was given 3 different pieces of information about whether I needed a covid test or not 1 said I needed a PCR, one said I needed a rapid, and 1 said I don’t require anything, then they ended up saying as long as I am double vaxxed and have proof of vaccination I do not need to be tested. THEY NEVER EVEN ASKED ME FOR MY VACCINE CARD!!!! Then they also gave me wrong information about how much my insurance covers, I had to call again and clear that up. Then they changed my appt time less than 24 hours before, so I showed up and the new appt time and had to wait over an hour anyways because they weren’t ready for me! With no one telling me my doctor was running late. I understand things happen but they should inform me that I will have to wait longer not let me sit there for an hour without speaking to me. I already had a credit card on file for payment and they still asked me how I would be paying. They also put through claims on my insurance for my after care package. I was never informed I was receiving a package, it was sent to a pharmacy that I did not know they partnered with nor did they tell me they were submitting claims through my insurance! Ironic thing is, when I went in I had to sign papers saying it was okay for them to put my claim through, when in fact they had already put claims through for me without me signing or being told a single thing. When I saw the claims on my account, that I didn’t know anything about I thought someone was using me for insurance fraud, all because the girls at the front never communicated with me! I would never recommend this place to anyone just because of the receptionists! They have 0 sympathy and they are dealing with patients who are extremely anxious and hangry. This place should really reevaluate who is working at the front cause not only were they horrible in person, every piece of information they gave me was incorrect!

Dr.Vint and his team are phenomenal! Everyone at the office was professional and friendly. When they brought me to have my surgery done Dr.Vint was very friendly and made me feel really comfortable about the procedure. Everything went very smoothly. I'm very glad I went to Dr.Vint to take out my wisdom teeth!

Dr. V is the best! Explains the procedure and what to expect clearly and makes sure you are comfortable with the procedure before proceeding. He is quick, efficient and is always asking during the procedure to make sure you are doing okay and not in pain. All of his dental assistants are fantastic, friendly and make sure you are comfortable. Reception is also fantastic. Overall great experience, would definitely recommend.

I’ve never had a positive dental experience before this one. I’ve had a lot of dental trauma and anxiety in the past and was so pleasantly surprised with my treatment at this clinic. Dr. Vint was very kind and confident during both my consult and surgery. Listened to concerns and gave me comfortable options to fit me. I’m in the early days post wisdom teeth removal (4 teeth) and both my family and I are shocked at how normal I look and feel. I have had basically no pain and very little swelling what so ever. Will be recommending this dr to many friends and clients of mine going forward.
