I have worked with Matt on a couple of big goals and also participated in his Unstuck Master Course. All of this work has led to some really great outcomes and tools that I can use far into the future.
I have worked with other coaches in the past and had good results but there is something really special about Matt. He is super encouraging, sincere and committed to helping his clients be the best version of themselves. I enjoy his positive style and approach and the level of knowledge and expertise he brings to the conversation. I’ve also felt he was in my corner supporting and cheering, but also bringing in that accountability piece that is a bit of a game changer when doing work like this. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Matt helped me attain clarity around my retirement timing and post retirement goals right around the time I was diagnosed with painful bone on bone left hip osteoarthritis. A challenging time for someone whose retirement plans were focused on travel and activity! Matt’s coaching related to positive affirmations, power of self healing and mindfulness helped me through a very challenging time. After an extensive wait, my surgery is done ✅. All successful. I am using these same teachings and readings to move quickly through rehab pretty much pain free! This is a newly learned skill set I wish I had access to years ago! I can’t say enough about Matt’s ongoing support and gentle yet direct coaching style. I’m now looking forward to retirement and the new adventures that await me.
