My 16 year old niece due to injuries, missed some of grade 9 math and all of grade 10, so as she begun grade 10 this year it became quite evident that she needed help. This subject became very intimidating for her. She felt lost and insecure at which point I began my search for a tutor for her. Brendon's profile was the first to catch my attention and impress me. After reading countless profiles and searching every site I could find, I knew Brendon was the only teacher I wanted for my niece. Thankfully he was available and in my area. The incredible hope and positive impression I had from his profile turned out to be nothing compared to the person we met. Not only do we feel he is brilliant and personable, he is an amazing teacher. After the very first session of assessment and review my niece broke down in tears… of joy, she said " I get it, it all makes sense now" and she loves his passion and manner in which he teaches. She finally is starting to understand Math because Brendon teaches how but more importantly why! I would recommend Brendon to ANY student in need, you can trust him with your child, you can trust him in your home and you can trust that you will get the highest quality teacher possible!! Brendon literally restores my optimism and faith in the education system, HE is the future of mathematics!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brendon tutored our daughter Grade 12 Data, Advanced Functions and Calculus and Vectors this past year. She found him to be very helpful as he was able to explain units thoroughly and ensure she understood all concepts. He came weekly and was very reliable.
Brendon helped with our daughter’s success in each of her Math course should and I would highly recommend him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brendon has tutored me throughout my entire high school math courses. I used to hate math, because I really didn't understand it. Human nature provides us to enjoy doing things we are good at, so I dreaded math because I wasn't good at it. Brendon really changed my experience by employing techniques that resonated with me; I finally started to understand! Not only was the content explained to me, but the theories and proofs were always explained so not only did I understand, but I was given tools to remember and apply the skills I had learned. Now, math is not only my best subject but also my favourite subject. Most people think I'm crazy when I tell them I love math, but it's so easy to love something when you are confident in your skills and are being rewarded with high marks. Not only does Brendon teach in a way that is easy for everyone to understand, he is also reliable, friendly, and easy to work with. He will spend time in the areas you struggle with to break things down in a way that makes the task feel much less daunting, until he is sure you fully understand the concepts. I would HIGHLY recommend having him as a tutor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brendon tutored me through grade 11 functions as well as grade 12 data management, advanced functions and, calculus and vectors, he was very thorough in his explanations of concepts and made sure I understood everything before we moved on to the next concept, something many school teachers don't pay much attention to. Thanks to Brendon's tutoring I was able to receive some of the highest marks I've gotten in all of high school and got accepted into my first choice university. In 1 hour lessons Brendon explained concepts better than teachers do in full weeks of lessons.
