★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bonjour! je sais apprécier le travail et l'attitude des gens et je ne critique jamais inutilement. Toutefois, hier...c'en était trop! J'achète de la litière pour chevaux (rip), un excellent produit sauf qu'à 4 reprises!!! j'ai dû en rapporter car il s'agissait de blocs de glace! Or donc je rapporte, encore! hier et je suis accueillie par un monsieur cassant, vous devriez sans doute occuper un poste d'arrière-plan, Monsieur le "gérant", soupe-au-lait à souhait...bon, on me l'échangera...j'entre dans la cour et là un mec m'interpelle...Vous n'avez pas à circuler ici, bla bla bla! Je suis repartie avec mon bloc de glace...toujours congelé ce matin bien que la température était de 8 dans l'écurie. Un conseil en terminant: le sourire et un bonjour à l'accueil ne devraient-ils pas faire partie de la description de tâches ? On devrait le rappeler à certains employés... Inutile de vous dire que je "importunerai" plus jamais le personnel de ce commerce...
Good morning! I know how to appreciate the work and the attitude of the people and I never criticize unnecessarily. However, yesterday ... that was too much! I buy horse bedding (rip), an excellent product except that 4 times !!! I had to bring some back because they were blocks of ice! So I report, again! yesterday and I am greeted by a brittle gentleman, you should undoubtedly occupy a background position, Monsieur the "manager", milk soup at will ... well, it will be exchanged for me ... j 'enters the yard and there a guy calls out to me ... You don't have to move around here, blah blah blah! I left with my block of ice ... still frozen this morning although the temperature was 8 in the stable. A word of advice in closing: shouldn't a smile and a hello at the reception be part of the job description? We should remind some employees ... Needless to say that I will never "annoy" the staff of this business again ...

Je ne comprend pas , on m a refuser l acces parce que j avais des gants, (ordre du medecin, a cause de ma medication , et ma maladie je n ai pas d enticorps ) je l explique a la fille a l entree et qu il faut que j enleve mes orthese, pour pouvoir enlever mes gants .Je pense que si elle met de l alcool sur les gants qu ils vont etre d esinfecter. De plus ils vous donnent un numero que vous devez tenir dans vos main , je l ai vu passer du client a la caissiere, a la fille a l entree , sans etre desinfecter et l a elle voulait me le donner , c est en plastique aussi pire que mes gants. Et combien de personne y on toucher avant ?
Donc je suis aller chez Rona et je vais continuer d y aller

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pas normale de vendre des fournaise au mois de octobre et de ne pas encore avoir sortie les tuyaux de poêle du backstore... ca pris 30 minute pour en avoir un qui ne s'ajustent pas et ne pas savoir le prix. pour enfin arriver a la caisse et atttendre un autre 15 minute juste pour que la madame trouver le # du code barre manquant.... j'ai fini par en acheter un chez un concurant
Not normal to sell furnaces in October and not yet have taken the stove pipes out of the backstore ... it took 30 minutes to have one that does not adjust and not know the price. to finally get to the checkout and wait another 15 minutes just for the lady to find the missing barcode # .... I ended up buying one from a competitor
