★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the previous 4th Street Massage Heights now relocated to the heart of the Beltline. This brand new space features a bright and clean reception lobby that feels extra spacious with its high ceilings. Each room is tastefully decorated and features the beautifully unique character elements of this heritage building such as exposed brick walls or large wooden beams.
They have a number of different therapists on staff so you can book with different ones until you find a therapist whose approach to massage works best for you. While they don't bill directly, they can provide receipts for you to submit in your claim to your insurance provider. Overall, it's a great place to relax and make space for some self-care, and I highly recommend considering the monthly membership.
There are some free parking spots along the west side of the building that can be accessed via 11 Ave SW, or street parking is free after 6pm on weekdays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their business model is very sketchy. They auto-renew every massage package and will decline to accommodate any requests. The manager Leanne is very difficult to reason with. My suggestion is to get EVERYTHING in writing.
Massage Therapists are good though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Massage I have ever gotten, I basically went there to get my body rubbed with oil, the therapist was so inexperience he was not technical at all, on top of it I was supposed to get a 90 min session he only did 70, which I was glad as I couldn't wait for the experience to be over.
I received this as a gift and I don't have the heart to tell the person that gave it to me how horrible it was.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made an appointment with one of their therapists for 60 mins massage. Then someone called me asking if I wanted to go for 90 mins instead coz this therapist would be available for 90mins at that time. I said sure. When I arrived for the appointment, it’s a totally different therapist! Yes I agreed to extend the time but I never thought they were actually offering a different therapist too. The thing is I booked that evening time just because I wanted to go with that particular therapist. Normally I would never do evening appointments coz I go to bed early. I just feel this place is always pressuring you into buying more services. But replacing the therapist without clearly identifying that with customer is just too much. All they care is just money money money and whatever works the best for their business. If you want to relax your muscles and probably your mind as well, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the biggest scam business I’ve ever been associated with. I paid over 300$ for several massages a couple of years ago that I was told would never expire. Now they say to access my credits I have to “activate” my membership and pay another 300+ to use the credits that i already paid for before. This is all because their prices have gone up…. All these people care about is $$$. Please save yourself from the headache and go elsewhere.

The receipts provided to make claims through insurance do not include cost breakdowns - just a total with no detail, which I have found very confusing. The inconsistency in the amounts billed for treatments has also been concerning. Finally, after my last massage, I was sent someone else's receipt and not my own. The staff at the front desk do not seem very knowledgeable. I have enjoyed the massages I have received here but I do not get a good feeling about the billing processes/customer service received. I will not be returning and would not recommend.
