Washing machine drain clogged. I did not use this company because when I asked about pricing and requested explanation how the charges are structured according to the size of my washing machine, he did not want my business and asked me to call someone else. I was just asking for information, a bit of transparency and seeking to understand.

We had a perfect experience start to finish - from the impressively quick response time, to the plumber arriving early (after calling to let us know first), to a full replacement of our garbage disposal during the one visit. No complaints here and will gladly use again in the future.

Marvel plumbing was quick to respond to my request for the removal of my leaking garbage disposal. In their first visit, several issues came up: 1. When Ryan tried to install the strainer, he realized the screw was too short and would not work for my sink. Unfortunately he wasn’t able to find a replacement part even after driving to the warehouse store. As a result, I was recommended to install another garbage disposal instead. 2. After Ryan made another trip to the warehouse to pick up the new disposal, he tried to install it but ran into an issue with the electrical wiring. With the original intention of removing the garbage disposal completely, when the original disposal was removed, the electrical wires were cut rather than disconnected from the bottom of the disposal. As a result, the wires are now too short to be connected to the new disposal. Since Ryan was not a certified electrician and could not help with extending the wiring, we ended up with the decision to install the disposal without connecting the wires. This resolved my original leaking issue but I was left with a non-functional disposal. I reached out to Duane about my experience as mentioned above, and he was happy return with Ryan to help fix my non-functional disposal issue. In the end, they ended up swapping the location of the disposal between the two sinks and re-did all of the piping underneath while providing some new replacement parts, all free of charge. Even though my initial experience with Marvel Plumbing from the first visit wasn't exceptional due to the string of bad luck, I loved how they responded to my feedback and did everything they could to make sure I was satisfied with their work. I would definitely call Marvel Plumbing again in the future and would be happy to refer them to my family and friends.

We had an issue with drain into ground from gutter down pipe not taking water. Called them around 1PM and they had the estimator on site at 6pm and a crew at our house the next morning. The two workers on site found issue fairly quickly and then did a complete check of our drain system with camera. Can't say enough about these two guys. They were outstanding! Quote for repair seemed high at first, not knowing what the issue was, but now have peace of mind that our drainage system is ok, so we feel it was money well spent for piece of mind.

We needed to replace our hot water tank. Our friends recommended Marvel Plumbing. I called on Monday, Ryan quoted on Wednesday and he completed the installation on Thursday We were very impressed. The job was done very well and had its challenges as the space for the tank was small and difficult to reach. We will call Marvel Plumbing again.

These are our go-to plumbers. Ryan came out today to assess the life of our hot water tank concerns (no work required as of yet) and to consult and give a quote on some upcoming toilet installations. We appreciate the friendly and informative approach and know from past work done that this is a reliable and honest company.

I felt like they sent magicians instead of plumbers when solving my kitchen draining problem. It drains better than ever. Eric was incredibly knowledgeable; not only did he successfully solve the issue but properly explained the problem and process. My kitchen sink runs better than ever!
