I decided it would be good find a manual for it. serial# and model number were totally illegible on the machine, but it had a sticker from Martin's Small Engines in Elora & phn.#. Called and spoke with a very pleasant woman. I believe was Rachel. She was nice enough to put me through to Rick. This man knows his stuff. He was able to tell me year and model number from me describing the machine. Was able to get everything else in a download. Thank you for your assistance. I will definitely deal with these people again.

The staff are knowledgeable helpful and very patient! They will help you even if they do not have the exact product in stock and ensure you are taken care of.
Awesome customer service and that's why I will continue to be a life long customer as long as they are open :) keep up the great service guys!
