The receptionist lady told me to wait because they would call me back and after 4 hours of waiting ,I called back to ask if the lawyer was available and then I was finally able to speak to him because I kept calling back. I was not asking for much, just needed one call to verify some facts and it was really disappointing the way I was treated. If you think your time is important, you have to know that other people have their own schedules too. Promises exist for a reason and need to be kept.
