★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Martha was terrible to deal with, from the first sets of emails after we had given our deposit she was totally neglectful and unprofessional. I would ask her questions and not get a reply, asked for a phone meeting and she ignored that and then once COVID hit she was MIA. Finally once she did communicate it was with a spam email. I totally understand that that everything is crazy with COVID but out of all our vendors she had the worst communication. She's supposed to be the person holding space for our love and commitment to each other and I would expect that person to be warm, personable and caring sadly none of those would describe our experience with her. Don't trust your special day with her, you'll be disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I eloped in Alberta and had a heli-wedding with Martha! There is no other wedding commissioner I would recommend in Canmore/Banff - especially if you are looking to begin your new life adventurously! Her professionalism, patience, and genuine commitment to making YOUR day special is unmatched. She directed us, in detail, with everything we would need to get done (marriage license, locations, etc.) despite us only having a week to prepare! Who knew getting married would be this easy!
The weather was not in our favour the morning of our big day, we woke to a thick ceiling of clouds. In fact, the pilots had been suggesting that we may be unable to land at Marvel Pass at all. Fortunately for us, we decided that we had to give it a shot and we are so glad we did!! The mountains are beautiful in any form they present you, and the clouds/fog added a spectacular mystery to the Rockies that did not disappoint. We can not say enough how much we enjoyed our day with Martha - you will not be disappointed if you decide to forgo a big traditional wedding and make it official in one of the most breathtaking places on the planet!!!

She kept us up to date on restrictions and what the weather would be like on the wedding day which was very helpful! If you're looking for a unique wedding experience I would highly recommend Martha's heli weddings!

My Fiancé and I booked a Helicopter-Wedding with her back in 2020 when we were first engaged. Martha has been very responsive, detailed and helpful throughout all communications. Unfortunately, due to Covid-19 restrictions we were forced to cancel our plans with Martha. She was very understanding and accommodating, going above and beyond to offer suggestions for alternative options. She is supportive and cares about helping her customers create the wedding day of their dreams.
Thank you Martha, we hope to book a Heli-Hike in the future!

We were supposed to be married May 2021 and had to postpone due to covid but Martha was so helpful navigating planning a wedding during covid and so quick to respond to help us book a new date. We spoke with her via email for a year and a half before meeting her in person on our wedding day. She is so kind, caring and passionate about her job. Not only was she an amazing hiking guide, she was an even better wedding officiant! If you’re thinking of doing a helicopter wedding we could not recommend her enough!!
