★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Note: this review is for mountain biking rather than hiking. As a hiking trail I wouldn't recommend - the trail is quite rough in spots and quite steep and washed out in others. Besides that you will have downhill bikers to contend with.
As a biking trail (with access from the cellular tower road) this is epic! Your adventure starts with a 16km and 1500m climb up the logging road into the beautiful sub-alpine area. While we rode up pedal power, the road is passable with regular vehicles for those who wish to shuttle.
At the top there is an outhouse which you would be wise to make use of as the trip down is a long one. Your journey starts out with a nice roll through a meadow and then starts to amp up - there are steeps, rocks, berms, bridges and more to excite your senses on the decent. Elevation dumps pretty quickly along the way... pumped arms and smoked breaks rule the day. This is one of the best rides in Revy.
