I had a great experience selecting an engagement ring with Rita. I initially went into the store to get some information and was feeling pretty unknowledgeable about what to look for or consider in regards to engagement rings. Rita gave me all of the information I needed to understand and select a good ring setting. She then found me a diamond within my budget that far surpassed what I thought I would be able to get. Rita's knowledge and professionalism made the whole experience a breeze and stress free. My now fiancé loves her ring. I would highly recommend Marsh and Sons to anyone searching for an engagement ring or in general as Rita's knowledge and willingness to help is invaluable, especially compared to commercial jewelry stores.

I am so thankful to March and Sons jewellery store for the work in creating my beautiful ring. Not only were they professional and helpful but so very kind. They took stones that were family heirlooms and created a ring that I am so pleased with. It’s so nice to be able to trust people with our family jewelry. I was also able to bring gold jewelry that I didn’t wear or use and I have it fairly assessed and the money used towards the cost of this gorgeous ring. Rita you are clever and kind and oh so talented , thank you so much.

To say we were pleased with Marsh & Son Jewellery would be an understatement! My husband and I came to this shop after a bad experience in getting a custom ring created in Vancouver. After our first 10 minutes with Rita we absolutely appreciated her expertise, attention to detail and listening ear. She stated off the hop that if we put our trust in them we wouldn't be disappointed and it couldn't have been more true! Once submitting all of our information she told me it would be 2-3 weeks for the CAD creation of the ring and then another 2-3 weeks for the making of the ring itself. Not only did they accomplish all of this in the time they promised; they managed to do it over the Christmas and New Year rush and still have it finished on time! My husband brought the ring home last night and it's the most stunning piece of jewellery I have. I am extremely grateful to Rita and the rest of the staff behind the scenes at Marsh & Sons. We will certainly be doing the rest of our jewellery business with them!

Marsh and Son Jewellers is all you could hope for from a local jewellery store. I have done business with Lance et al several times now and I have been nothing but impressed by the demenor and professionalism. Lance Marsh is a master at his craft and it shines through at every meeting. His enthusiasm is true and genuine and that is why he is the best at what he does. This gem of a local business is well worth a visit.

I would be very wary of conducting business with this family; most especially Rita. I brought a gold bracelet to this store to have it resized. They said no problem and sent it off to a goldsmith, when I got it back they had damaged it. Rita immediately denied any responsibility and stated that this bracelet has simply experienced normal wear and tear. I then reminded her the bracelet was brand new and never worn. She then went on to tell me it's a poorly made bracelet despite that it cost $1500. This piece genuinely made anything in her store look like you could purchase it at Walmart. So, her tact is disgraceful and embarrassing. They charged me $140 to essentially damage a never worn bracelet. The workmanship was also subpar, but Rita thankfully let me know that they didn't do that. Where the goldsmith soldered you could see a bleb that had bled over onto the clasp. This jewelry shop is more akin to a pawn shop that specializes in secondhand jewelry. Lance seems like a decent person but that's as far as one can go in regards to complimentary speech. Be very hesitant if you are to deal with this shop. February 23, 2022 response to Marsh and Son's reply/explanation: Although I appreciate you trying to save face and reputation you can't sidestep certain truths. Your "master" goldsmith worked on my bracelet, damaged it on the one side (likely with a clamp) and did poor work on the soldering. He then continued to package my item and returned it to you so as to give it to me - full charge. Whomever you claim to have spoken to at the manufacturer stated they had no knowledge of your courteous call. The multinational store was gracious and gave me a full refund for the damage you and your business caused. You are not absolved from your incompetence, nor is your "master" goldsmith. If this piece was "wide and delicate" then you should have known better and not proceeded to charge me full price for poor workmanship. Have a good day Lance and please stop texting me.

I want to Thank Rita and all the staff here. I purchased a ring for my son's birthday today I had an idea on a ring nothing more. Tried shopping for ideas online that was a complete waste of time The pictures on their website don't do the quality of the jewelry justice . You can't replace good old fashion sincere professional service. Give this local independent business a look I promise you won't be disappointed Thank you again!!

Their work is excellent and their customer service goes above and beyond. My partner and I had no experience shopping for jewellery, let alone wedding bands, and Marsh & Son Jewellery made the process a cake walk! They were incredibly patient and pleasant with us, so we will definitely be returning in the future!

HONESTY and INTEGRITY ! Marsh&Son is a jeweller you can TRUST . I am so grateful to them . Let me explain….. I inherited a lovely tanzanite ring from my mother in law 4 years ago and right away I brought it to Marsh&Son to have a small repair done on the ring. (It was a traumatic and sad time for the family.) Here’s where it gets crazy ……there was so much going on with my family at the time … I completely FORGOT about the ring …. for 4 whole years ! Out of the blue, the other day, I got a friendly call from Marsh&Son wondering why I hadn’t been back for the ring .(I honestly had completely forgotten about it. I was blown away !) We talked a while and I explained the reason for my forgetfulness, they were very kind and understanding. We arranged for a day for me to pick up the ring……coincidentally…..EXACTLY 4 years to THE VERY DAY that my mother in law passed away. Very symbolic, don’t you think ? Some things are just meant to be. Had they not called me , I’m not sure if I would have EVER remembered about the ring. I feel like everything has come full circle and am delighted to get the ring back. Putting the ring on my finger today felt like a warm and comforting hug from my much loved mother in law. I am delighted with the ring, it is beautiful. I am even more delighted that I have found a jeweller that I can trust , with old fashioned values and outstanding customer service. I brought in some other items for appraisal , because I am confident I can trust them . Highly recommend Marsh&Son for all your jewellery needs, both new and old.
