One recommendation: I stumbled across a blog post via your institute’s Facebook page about your awareness of “dog friendly “ startup company’s in Toronto. It’s great to see your support (although MaRs does not accommodate), but it would be amazing if something like this was implemented or at least a pet friendly space for staff members. You mention it yourself in your own post that this strategy is growing in popularity across the city. This trend has helped would reduce retention, increase productivity (less stress for pet owners during long days at MaRs) and improve the mental health of many.
C	Chantal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With the restrictions lifting, I think it is of utmost importance that the people running this building consider bringing back the most important thing that MaRS has to offer: their foosball table. It holds so many memories, countless hours of fun, and most importantly, myself and people who used to work here before the pandemic planned a foosball tournament in which the actual foosball table in this building is needed. Please bring it back. I miss it.
B	Bruce Xiao on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ [Free WiFi,stable] This place is really brand new, it is extremely quiet and comfortable. It is like a little garden isolated from the city. I like to study in common area with a cup of fresh tea from tea not. Also, the wife here is stable and fast enough for me to do anything, the most important thing is the WiFi is for free.

You can catch up on studies and read a book while keeping a good distance from noise. Or enjoy a meal without tons of voices around you. I finished half my novel on a comfy lounge chair during rainy weather. Masks required.
D	Dejan Ratkov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place with lots of open space, tables and sitting areas for everyone to enjoy a moment, meet with someone or do some work. Unfortunately, due to pandemic it is not possible to access open space of the building anymore unless you have some business to do locally. If you happen to make it inside, and have to spend some time in the open area, it is now properly set for physical distancing, and you would enjoy much quieter environment than before pandemic started. I hope that we would be back to the opportunity to spend some more time here, and especially in the summer, they have amazing courtyard area which could be a great spot for your “outdoors office” where you can do some work on your laptop, make few phone calls or meet with someone.

I love it’s architecture, it looks like an old castle outside, but so modern inside with a lot of companies’s offices like Microsoft. It’s spacious with plenty of chairs and tables to have a seat after work or chat with friends. It gave the vibe of professional working area where people can meet up and discuss their business.
